As a former associate in the Atlanta office of a U.S.-based international law firm, Ryan Reavis has experience in numerous areas of complex litigation. He has handled various commercial disputes including, among others, those involving breach of contract, unjust enrichment, promissory estoppel, and fraud claims. In addition, his experience includes such areas of law as environmental, antitrust, securities, products liability, and insurance defense. His clients have been equally diverse, and have included a major computer company; a fortune 500 energy company; a paint company; an orthodontic management service organization; an engine manufacturer; a paper and pulp producer; the owner, operator, and developer of wireless communications towers; and an insurance company. He has also been involved with pro bono work seeking education opportunities for special needs children in the Atlanta Public Schools. The amount in controversy in cases with which Ryan has been involved has ranged from a few thousand dollars to over $2 billion.

Ryan has worked at the state court, federal district court, and federal appellate court levels. He is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and all Georgia state courts.

Ryan has a wife, Lauren, and daughter, Elise. Outside the office, he is a deacon of Peachtree Christian Church, and serves on the board of Families of Children Under Stress (FOCUS), a nonprofit organization that offers support to families of children with disabilities or ongoing medical needs.
